Start-up Instructions

  1. FILL spa with clean soft water and INSTALL filters and ancillary items as instructed by manufacturer.
  2. BALANCE your spa water's Alkalinity, pH, and Sanitizer to the correct ranges.
  3. ADD 1 SilkBalance™ Gem weekly into the filter compartment or jet stream to dissolve.
  4. ENJOY silky soft, odor-free, balanced water.

 

Previously Used Spa

  1. REMOVE filters and all other ancillary items and PURGE your spa with Clean Start™ by SilkBalance™
  2. REFILL spa with clean soft water and REINSTALL filters and ancillary items as instructed by manufacturer.
  3. BALANCE your spa water's Alkalinity, pH, and Sanitizer to the correct ranges.
  4. ADD 1 SilkBalance™ Gem weekly into the filter compartment or jet stream to dissolve.
  5. ENJOY silky soft, odor-free, balanced water.
